The Huairou Commission Global Secretariat is hosted by GROOTS International in the Neighborhood Women House--a Living Learning Center owned and operated for the past 25 years by the National Congress of Neighborhood Women located in the neighbourhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City, convenient to the headquarters of the United Nations and other key development institutions.

From Manhattan, take the L Train to Graham Avenue. Walk one block West on Metropolitan Avenue (back towards the city) to Manhattan Avenue. Turn left (south) on Manhattan Avenue and walk 3 blocks. We are on the corner of Powers St. Use the door under the stairs.
